Barry shares his journey from the local mines to the heart of the St. Ann social hall, where he helps lead the community’s beloved Friday Fish Frys.

We’re diving deep into the history of the Knights, both here in Greene County and around the world, and discovering how a simple fish sandwich turns into life-changing support for our neighbors. From providing coats for local children to supporting our brave fire departments, every meal served is a step toward helping someone in need.

Barry gives us the "inside scoop" on this year’s menu (yes, there’s Halušky!), discusses the logistics of feeding hundreds of hungry neighbors, and even shares a few laughs about the early days...including the time the hot oil proved to be a bit too much to handle.
